Bracka StreetIn Kraków on Bracka Street, it always rains, sings Grzegorz Turnau, a famous Cracovian bard. Luckily, there are plenty of cafés where you can hide from the drizzle, such as Nowa Prowincja, a favourite among poets, or De Revolutionibus, where you can get a cosmic milky way latte or black hole mocca. During the 1960s, Allen Ginsberg stayed in Krzysztof Niemczyk’s apartment on Bracka. For over a decade, the wall on the corner of Bracka and the Rynek Główny has been used as a screen for projections of poems submitted online by poets and translators from all over the world.
